I joined SABIC in 2017 as a business application specialist delivering smart solutions and driving automation and digitalization.

I contributed to the success of multiple projects such as:

• BAYTI/HMS: Housing managment system application and mobile app for managing employee’s housing units and requesting maintenace when needed.
• SABIC Notification Hub: Real-time communication channel that sends interactive and rich popup notifications directly to the desktop of the employees. It’s portal for creating and managing rich because it can contain images that capture the attention of the user and interactive in the sense that it will allow employees to input their feedback and interact with the button that are dynamically added to the notification the notifications, the server that will serve the notifications and the client that will present those notifications. I helped the team develop those parts in addition to configuring the load balancer and the backplane. I also created a tool for high scale testing of 100k users. We used SignalR for this project and considered using Rabbit MQ
• SABIC One Application: A smart building partner mobile app for employees in SABIC Jubail Main Building. The app have many features starting from the info of the employee, parking, and office location to the reservation of meeting rooms, gym reservation, news and surveys, and many other features such as smart evacuation which will alarm employees even if their device is silent and will allow wing warden to track them, smart Digital ID and business card, and many more.
• Operation Round Automation: Digitalization of traditioanl operator tasks that were paper based to a smart offline-first smart app on a rigid tablet. The app not only save cost of printing and scanning papers but also enhance accurcy and communication in addition to a varity of smart solutions.
